Conspicuous Support Hub

Welcome to your dashboard

Conspicuous shows how your brand turns up in two places people look for answers: Google search and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers. This guide walks through every part of the dashboard: what each number, chart and table means, and what to do with it.

Getting around

The sidebar

The sidebar on the left holds your brand name and website, and links to everything outside the main dashboard:

Below the links you'll see which market the dashboard is showing, the last day its data covers, and when your next monthly report is due. The Night mode button at the bottom switches between light and dark. The dashboard remembers your choice on that device.

The header

The header at the top shows the month and the last day the data covers ("data through"). If your account covers more than one country or language, a set of market buttons appears here too: pick one and every tab switches to that market. Export report opens your browser's print window, so you can print the page you're on or save it as a PDF.

The tabs

Each tab covers one area. Your account may not show all of them: some tabs are switched on per account. If you'd like one you don't see, ask us through Contact support.

Little symbols worth knowing

How often things update

Search and AI numbers update weekly. Your written recap arrives monthly, and the sidebar shows when the next one is due. The "data through" date in the header always tells you how fresh the page is.

On a phone

The dashboard works on a phone. The sidebar sits above the tabs, and wide tables scroll sideways: swipe a table left to see its other columns.
