Monthly Recap

Once a month you get a short written report: what changed in Google and in AI answers, why it moved, and what comes next. The Monthly Recap tab holds this month's report and every earlier one.

What's in a report

• The headline: the most important thing that happened this month, in a sentence and a short paragraph.
• Organic search: how your Google rankings and traffic moved, and which pages drove it.
• AI visibility: how often AI answers named and cited you, and how you compare with competitors.
• Key content: how your most important pages did, when there's something worth saying.
• Next month: what we plan to work on next.

Every report is reviewed and edited by a person on the Conspicuous team before it's published to you; the green check by the title says so. The sidebar shows when your next report is due.

The reports archive

Choose Reports archive in the sidebar, or open the Monthly Recap tab. Pick a month from the Report archive menu to read an earlier report. Each report stays as it was published, so you can look back at what was said at the time.

Printing or saving a PDF

Choose Print / Save PDF above the report. Your browser's print window opens with just the report, laid out for paper. To save a file, pick "Save as PDF" as the printer.

To print or save the dashboard tab you're looking at instead, use Export report in the header.
