To-Do List

Between your meetings, the To-Do List shows the work delivered for you to put on your site, such as a new landing page, homepage copy, meta tag updates or a blog post, each with its Google Doc. It also lists the links built for you so far.

The To-Do List tab: three counts at the top, then cards for content waiting on you, each with a type, the page it goes on and an Open the Google Doc button, then published items and a table of links delivered.

Waiting on you

Content that has been delivered and still needs to go on your site. Each card shows:

Being worked on and Published

The list of work in progress shows what's coming next. Published lists the content that is already on your site, with the date it went live.

The links built for you so far: the date, the website that links to you (it opens the linking page) and the page on your site it points to. When our weekly backlink check has also found the linking website, the row says so. Not every delivered link shows up in that check, so the list is the full record.

What to do with itWork through Waiting on you, oldest first: open the Google Doc, put the content on the page it names, then tell us it's live through Contact support or at your next meeting, and it moves to Published. If someone else updates your site, such as your developer, you can send them the Doc as it is.
